My experience with Dr. Jarjous for myself and my son has exceeded my expectations. To my relief, he countered what I had been told by three separate podiatrists over a span of 4 years. That I needed to have surgery to resolve my issue as a first line of treatment. His bed side manner is gentle, thorough and compassionate. I highly recommend him.

I just had surgery yesterday to remove a Morton's Neuroma. This was a 2 year, 4 different doctor journey trying to figure out what was going on with my foot! Although I am still recovering, I would say that the surgery was a complete success, I have had zero pain and the annoying jabbing pain that I had been living with is gone. Dr. Mansour was very professional, but in a relaxed way that makes you feel comfortable with him. He is very knowledgeable and confident, it is obvious that he knows exactly what he is doing. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Carnaghi is amazing. She is so knowledgeable and great at explaining the conditions she is treating you for and why. My husband and I are her patients. I referred my Dad to her when he ruptured his Achilles and she took wonderful care of him and I just recently referred my Father-in-law to her. She saved his life from a bacterial infection that had gone to the bone. Cannot give her higher praises.

I have been going to Dr. Mansour for a couple years and so very happy with his excellent diagnostic ability. I just had a bone spur removed from my foot and it was a very small outpatient surgery and he made it go so quick and no issues at all. In his office, you do not sit in the waiting room very long. Don’t get too comfortable. Also he is genuine, compassionate and professional. He does have a nice smile which goes very far!

I had total ankle replacement surgery in January. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Mansour. Starting with his professionalism, knowledge, compassion, excellent bedside manner and professional follow-up care. I can honestly say I had just about given up ever being able to walk again until I met Dr. Mansour. I can now walk, play golf again and basically enjoy my life once again. Thank you, to Dr. Mansour and his wonderful office staff.

Attentive to my own needs

I had problems in my toes. Brenda in one visit painlessly removed large quantities of fungus material and two years later they are normal and healthy. She did an excellent job and she lived up to her gentle foot doctors claim

I've seen Dr Carnaghi in the past for a messed up ankle. I thought for sure I was going to have to have surgery but she said no, I just needed PT. It worked. So when my 88 year old Dad's foot started hurting I took him to see Dr Carnaghi. She gave him a shot in his big toe, I think it was a steroid, he's all fixed up now. The pain seems to be gone. She's a good Doctor.

With the shoe inserts and stretches/exercises provided and recommended I was able to significantly improve my planar fasciitis.

Part of my big toe hurt on my right foot hurt. It hurt more when I put on a pair of hiking boots. I went to a non-specialist internal medicine doctor. He misdiagnosed the problem as a fungus and gave me a anti-fungal cream but also referred me to this foot practice. Dr. Mansour was able to figure out that the problem was an ingrown toenail and that the cream wouldn't do anything. He cut part of my nail on my big toe off. The pain went away. Thanks!

Great foot doctor next to the best foot doctor that sent me to him because he retired

This was my 3rd visit to Dr. Carnaghi and on the first two, I could not have spoken highly enough of her professionalism, patience, and willingness to get the issue solved. I even took several extra cards to hand out to friends and family. On my third visit (a 2-week check up on how my heel was doing after a steroid injection), the second she came into the examining room, Dr. Carnaghi berated me (loudly) for wearing what she felt was the wrong kind of shoe. She was not willing to listen to what I had to say. I had explained to the person thqt took me into the room and took my information, that the plantar fasciitis was getting better, but I still felt the pain once in a while. From what my family doctor said and from what I have researched, I understand that this issue can take up to a year to completely heal. It was obvious Dr. Carnaghi was having a very bad day, so I let her rant. I was not going to leave a review. However, when I received an email asking for a one, I decided to do so. What really took the cake, however, was when Dr. Carnaghi let me know she has multiple pair of tennis shoes that match each scrub outfit she wears to work. This was the point that I felt she was no longer being professional and someone I would not be seeing again. This made me feel bad because I really liked her and thought highly of her as a professional. Everyone is entitled to a bad day, but not entitled to take it out on others.

I have been under Dr. Mansour care for several years now. He has 'helped me with my foot conditions to ease the pain I experience.

I returned after previously being treated for a broken large toe nail for which Dr Burkardt did a great job. This time I have 2 small tears in my left foot and ankle. I have had 2 steroid shots, was given stretching exercises, and orthotic inserts. My pain is greatly reduced, and the swelling also. He and his staff are very professional and I appreciate that the wait is never long to be seen by him. I highly recommend Dr Burkhart.

I was in terrible pain and walking on the side of my foot for about 2 years until I found Dr. A Mansour. I knew on my very first visit to his office I was going to be in good hands. I was refferred to Dr Mansour by a patient of his who had a complex surgical procedure and she was thoroughly pleased with the results of the surgery. My visit was pleasant as everyone is so nice and friendly and helpful. Doctor Burkardt is so nice and gentle.

My appointment began on time, the support staff was courteous and thorough, and the doctor did the procedure nicely and answered all my questions. All in all, the way a medical visit should go.

Dr. Carnaghi is treating my toe nails, and her intervention provided immediate relief and hope for positive long-term improvement. She is knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. I have seen Dr. Carnaghi twice, for different reasons over the last 7 months. I would highly recommend her if you need some help with your feet. In both instances, I was went in for pain and I know I have a lot of arthritis in my feet. Both times I walked out with simple orthotic inserts which made a difference immediately. You can almost watch her mind working on the solution while you talk. I am also aware of an emergency situation for a friend. Due to an accident, her repairs required two surgeries, and all went well. I like her because she clearly knows what she is doing, ensures things are improved, doesn't look for expensive options and she is very pleasant.

I am very please with Dr. Carnaghi. She answers all your questions and does a good job of cutting nails. I highly recommend Dr. Carnaghi.

I came in he checked on my feet. He told me what was wrong. He injected my feet. I wish he wouldn’t have told me some things why he was injecting them, because everything went through one ear and out the other. So I have no idea what he said to me because I was holding on for dear life and try not to die from the pain.

Dr Carnaghi's office is friendly, welcoming, helpful, and efficient. The caregivers are likewise friendly and competent, with explanations of procedures such as x-ray studies. Dr Carnaghi herself gets high praise from me. She diagnosed my problem, explained it, offered options for treatment with the advantages and disadvantages of those options, and in fact provided a device for the treatment option I chose which from the start has provided considerable relief for my problem. And, of course, she gets all the credit for the smooth functioning of her office!

My feet are sensitive and I WAS apprehensive. However, Dr. Carnaghi and her staff were kind, thoughtful and considerate. They put me at ease, and I'm very happy with the care I received.

I needed urgent care for a very painful ingrown toenail. The office was able to get me in the same day I called. Dr. Carnaghi cut out the painful part of the nail and I felt better almost immediately.

I am thrilled with my experience with Gentle Foot & Ankle, and especially with Dr Mansour. I visited 2 surgeons prior where I felt dismissed and unheard. After sitting with ankle pain for another 8 months, I found Gentle Foot & Ankle. At my first meeting with Dr Mansour, he listened! He heard me about the other surgeons recommendations and Dr Mansour came up with a different game plan - one that was less invasive and addressed my issues.
