Diseases of the foot - Ollier's Disease

Ollier's Disease is usually associated with a bony prominence under the toenail.

Some form of injury or trauma to the toe results in the formation of the bony irregularity or prominence.

The ankle bone (talus) and the ends of the two lower leg bones (tibia and fibula) form the ankle joint, which is stabilized and supported by three groups of ligaments. Muscles and tendons move the foot and ankle.
